Communities First, through the Grassroots Organizations for Optimal Wellbeing (GROW) Team, provides person-centered harm reduction services to individuals experiencing homelessness, including those navigating substance use and mental health challenges. Our approach prioritizes dignity, safety, and trust, meeting people where they are without judgment. We offer connections to healthcare, mental health support, substance use treatment, housing resources, and transportation to emergency care and appointments, while also addressing immediate needs through food, clothing, hygiene supplies, tents, blankets, and basic medical and wound care. Our goal is to reduce harm, improve overall wellbeing, and support individuals in moving toward stability on their own terms.
